Skills change lives. Our Vocational Training programme equips youth and adults — especially women and school-leavers — with practical, market-ready abilities that lead directly to employment and self-employment.
Courses include tailoring and garment-making, basic computing and digital literacy, hospitality and food preparation, and traditional handicrafts. Each course pairs technical instruction with guidance on small-business basics, so graduates can earn with dignity.
Many of our trainees go on to support entire families. By investing in skills, we help break cycles of poverty and restore self-reliance — a community standing on its own feet.
