In a restless world, the mind needs a refuge. Our Meditation Programmes offer guided mindfulness (sati) and loving-kindness (mettā) sessions, weekly sittings and quiet retreat days — welcoming complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Led with warmth by experienced teachers, sessions are gentle, practical and non-sectarian. Participants learn to steady the breath, soften reactivity and meet daily life with greater calm, clarity and compassion.

These programmes are offered freely as a gift to the community. Many come carrying stress, grief or simply the noise of modern life — and leave a little lighter, a little kinder to themselves and others.
